Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return policy
Within the first 30 days of your purchase, if you are dissatisfied with your items, you are eligible to return them for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Items that are unused and in the same condition as was originally received are eligible for refunds. 

Item that are NOT eligible for return are:
  • Gift cards
  • Downloads
  • Consecrated items
  • Clearance items

Refunds
Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email regarding the approval of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. If after 7 business days you have not yet seen a refund on your account, contact us at: store@taramandala.org and we will help resolve the issue. 

Exchanges
Exchanges may be made for similar items of the same value. If you wish to make an exchange for an item of greater value, the balance will be charged to you.
