ORDERS

1) How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking details. You can also find this information when you log into your account.

2)  When is my payment processed?

Once you complete your order the payment vendor you have selected, credit card, or PayPal will process the payment.  You will receive confirmation of your completed Dakini Store transaction by email. 

3)  The item I ordered looks different online.

Due to the hand-crafted nature of many of the dharma items offered small differences are to be expected.

4)  Can I include a note with my order?

If you have any special instructions or notes about your order you can add them to the NOTES section in the shopping cart.

5)  What is your return policy?
